So what did I miss?
I’m waiting for my delayed flight at McCarran Airport in Las Vegas so I thought pass the time with the FREE Wi-Fi service. Nice touch. It’s probably the ONLY free thing left in Las Vegas.
So what have you folks been up to?
Andy has a great liveblog of the Gubernatorial Environmental Forum. Andy is really making a name for himself with his liveblogging. Jeez, did I just give Andy a compliment? Ay! I’ll never hear the end of that!
The legislature is chickenshit (like that’s news, and bonus points for David at BMG for calling them out for that)
Deval is doing well in the polls. As usual, sco does the math like nobody’s business. Shiny graphics! I tend to not get too excited about polls. The only poll that really matters is election day.
Lynne had a great blog about meeting her St. Rep. Tom Golden. I feel the same way Lynne does about the obligation of elected officials responding to the concerns of their constituents — all of them, regardless of their party. They work for us, and they should be reminded of that when necessary.
I had fun in Vegas, but a gal can only handle some much drinking fun, so I’m looking forward to getting back to my time zone, if anything so I can catch up with the 50+ e-mails I received… yikes.
Thanks Susan. It was only a matter of time before you had to publicly recognize my superiority.
Somehow Massachusetts feels back in balance now that the voice of yonder 495 is back. Glad to hear you recharged, you deserved it. Also, I hope that the story about the unidentified Massachusetts woman and her son in the Las Vegas Sun didn’t have anything to do with you. The money belongs to banks, withdrawal doesn’t mean anyone can take the money out.
