Senator Kerry has decided that he will not run for President in 2008.

I think this was a good move. I don’t think that the stupid joke backlash would be the problem, my beef was his inability to deal with the Swift Boat knuckleheads during the 2004 election. The fact that he said that he wouldn’t let it happen again, only sealed the deal for me. If he had that kind of fight in him in 2004, history may have been different. It’s time we all move on.

I’m no where near choosing my horse for the 2008 race, but I’m glad that one, there will be one less horse and two that we will have Senator Kerry still working for us in congress. It suits him better anyway.
